1. How do I enable the KAI AI Keyboard on iOS?

To enable the custom keyboard extension: Go to Settings -> General -> Keyboard -> Keyboards -> Add New Keyboard and select KAI. Then, tap on KAI in your keyboard list and toggle Allow Full Access. This permission is required to allow the AI helper function to connect to the backend server.

2. Is my typing data secure?

Yes. KAI AI Keyboard does not log, store, or transmit your regular keystrokes. Keystroke processing is handled locally on the device. Only the text segments you explicitly select and submit for AI correction or translation are securely transmitted to the AI API endpoints (via HTTPS) to generate the requested output. Prompt texts are processed dynamically on servers and immediately discarded.

3. How do I manage or cancel my KAI Pro subscription?

All premium subscriptions and billing processes are handled exclusively by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings -> [Your Name] -> Subscriptions, or through the Apple App Store account settings.

4. What features are included in KAI Pro?

KAI Pro gives users unlimited access to all advanced AI features, including real-time grammar corrections, multi-language translations, smart tone changes, and automated reply generation.
