By downloading, installing, registering with, accessing or using KAI AI Keyboard, these terms and conditions ("Terms") automatically apply. Please read them carefully before using the Services.

KAI AI Keyboard provides services to improve communication through the use of third-party artificial intelligence algorithms (such as OpenAI and Google Gemini) based on the texts inserted by the user ("Services"). These Terms only grant the right to use the KAI AI Keyboard application to benefit from the Services within the scope defined herein. Copying, modifying the application, any part of the application, or the associated trademarks is prohibited. Attempting to extract the source code of the application, translating the application into other languages, or making derivative versions is not allowed.

Accuracy and AI Disclaimer: Artificial intelligence algorithms can generate inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information (often called "hallucinations"). There is no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated outputs. The text suggestions and responses generated do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Users must exercise their own judgment and verify any text generated before relying on or sending it.

Prohibited Conduct: By using the Services, the user agrees not to use them for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities. Specifically, generating hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit content, or fraudulent text is prohibited. Violating any applicable laws, local regulations, or third-party service provider rules (including OpenAI and Google API usage policies) is strictly prohibited.

Subscriptions and Payments: Certain features require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription"). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple ID accounts will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. For free trials, the subscription automatically converts into a paid recurring subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled through Apple ID settings at least 24 hours prior to trial expiration. All subscription transactions, payments, and refunds are processed and managed exclusively through the Apple App Store.

The application stores and processes personal data provided by the user in order to provide the Services. It is the user's responsibility to keep the device and access to the application secure. Avoiding jailbreaking or rooting the device is recommended, as it could make the device vulnerable to malware, compromise security features, or prevent the application from working properly.

No responsibility is taken for certain operational aspects. Certain functions require an active internet connection. There is no responsibility for the application not working at full functionality if the device lacks access to Wi-Fi or has no remaining data allowance.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Indemnification: The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KAI AI Keyboard (and its developers) from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the user's misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KAI AI KEYBOARD (OR ITS DEVELOPERS) BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS.

The right is reserved, at sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. These Terms may also be modified. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
